The website isn't working - when you click "proceed to checkout" it kicks you back to the main page and empties your cart (tried it several times all day - 26 DEC). Called customer service and she said it's the first she has heard about the website not working - but I called earlier in the day to report it as well.

I provided the woman my discount code - and told her what it was for since it didn't show up on her screen properly. She quoted me a price, with the discount code I provided, and said it's before taxes.

I went back to the website, selected my pillows, entered the discount code, and the website provided me a price "Grand Total Excl Tax" = $99.98, and the line right below it was "Grand Total Incl Tax" = $99.98 I told the customer service woman what the website showed and she argued with me saying that the website did not say what I was reading directly to her. So I decided not to order, via phone or the website.

I ordered 2 king pillows and they are way to soft.They aren't even filled all the way.Put them in the dryer several times and still not fluffy.2 Seconds with my head on pillow and flat.

Way to soft? I think you mean too soft.

It's always been too why can't people know this. It annoys me.
