The website isn't working - when you click "proceed to checkout" it kicks you back to the main page and empties your cart (tried it several times all day - 26 DEC). Called customer service and she said it's the first she has heard about the website not working - but I called earlier in the day to report it as well.
I provided the woman my discount code - and told her what it was for since it didn't show up on her screen properly. She quoted me a price, with the discount code I provided, and said it's before taxes.
I went back to the website, selected my pillows, entered the discount code, and the website provided me a price "Grand Total Excl Tax" = $99.98, and the line right below it was "Grand Total Incl Tax" = $99.98 I told the customer service woman what the website showed and she argued with me saying that the website did not say what I was reading directly to her. So I decided not to order, via phone or the website.
