either it doesn't have enough fill in it or it's not made well. I have to fold it in order to get support for my head. it feels like My head is laying on the mattress...

Their customer service is beyond reproach. Please contact them and they will replace your pillow.

I had the same issue with a pillow that was several years old but I had never felt like there was enough stuffing in it. I had to keep the stuffing in one end and fold the empty half over to get what felt like the right level of fill. According to their chart, for my weight and size I should have ordered a white label pillow. I asked for and received — at absolutely no cost to me — a blue label pillow in exchange, which is perfect despite their chart recommending it for a much larger person.

I included a photo of my pillow in the correspondence to show I did own one.

They may ask for proof of purchase or a photo of the tags. I didn’t have the former but had left the tags on.
