The larger pillow is the old pillow full of stuffing that goes flat. The 1/2 pillow is the new replacement pillow with only 1/2 filled foam.

I bought 2 My Pillows from Mike.... March 2019 will be 2 years since purchase.

Within 12-14 months, even after washing and drying per instructions, My Pillow would not hold shape.. went flat.., restarted neck pain and headaches. I notified the company who told me to send my “bad” pillows back to them with the original packaging slip. I was like..

“Are you serious?” So within a week I received 2 new My Pillows. And OMGolly I could not believe my eyes. Please see difference between pillows in pics. So I notified customer service again with pics.

The lady asked what color the care tags were on each pillow. All were yellow. So then she asked if I wanted her to send me another pillow with more stuffing. I laughed and said no thanks.

I bought a pillow today at Belk’s. Hopefully it will do better than this sorry thing.
