Ordered two king my pillows exactly 61 days ago. They are lumpy and very uncomfortable.

We can't even use them for a pillow sham as they are so soft they won't stand up on the bed. This is false advertising. Called my pillow customer service today at 61 days after we purchased these terrible pillows. (My Husband and I have had acute bronchitis for the last 3 weeks so time slipped away from us.

Was immediately told by customer service that I was 1 day past the warranty period. No refund, only a credit to buy something else. We are also small business owners and I would never treat a customer this way. Shame on my pillow.

Might as well go to Walmart and buy a $10.00 cheap pillow.

Shame on you Mike. I will tell everyone I meet not to buy from you.
