My first order I got to pillows and the are hard and flat. I'm 94 year old lady.

I called them up and they told me give me a softer pillow. I ask them for prepaid postage and the said it be mailed to me and i never got it.I got the new pillow and that was hard. I called them on 1/15/2018 about the pillow . They told me I had the wrong color .

The yellow pillow is softer and they mail me prepaid to send harder pillows back. I said i have four pillow and need prepaid postage for four. THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN'T SEND TWO POSTAGE. i TOLD THEM I DON'T WANT SIX PILLOWS HERE.

i TOLD THEM DON'T SEND ME THE YELLOW PILLOW I WANT MY MONEY BACK. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK.
