THIS PILLOW IS NOT THE PILLOW IT'S CLAIMED TO BE.

I TRIED IT DID NOT LIKE IT ASKED FOR MY MONEY

BACK LIKE THE AD GUARANTEED AND WAS TOLD THEY

COULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND BUT WOULD SEND

ANOTHER PILLOW. I SAID NO I WANT A REFUND. THEY

SAID CONTACT THE PLACE OF PURCHASE FOR THE

REFUND. I SAID YOU WERE THE ONES WHO PUT THE

GUARANTEE ON THE PRODUCT NOT THE STORE I BOUGHT

IT FROM. AGAIN THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THIS MONEY

BACK PILLOW. SOMEONE NEEDS TO START AN ONLINE PETITION

AGAINST THE COMPANY. I TRIED TO POST A COMPLAINT ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE BUT THEY BLOCKED IT. IT'S EAST TO SEE WHY THEY

ONLY HAVE POSITIVE REMARKS ON THEIR WEB PAGE.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $65.

Preferred solution: I WANT THIS COMPANY TO BE SUED FOR FALSE ADVERTISING..

I didn't like: Poor customer satisfaction.

My son order two of your my pillows & rec'd them a week ago! I was never so disappointed the first nigh trying it out! It isns't a thing like they say it its the worst pillow I ever put my head on, pillows that I paid half the price for is far better then" MY PILLOW" Its false advertisement, Thank you Mary Koski
