The National Sleep Foundation who supposedly recommends the My Pillow is a fraud.
The advertisements for the My Pillow claim it is the number one pillow recommended by the National Sleep Foundation. Of course it is.
The only products recommended by the National Sleep Foundation are the My Pillow products and that is because the National Sleep Foundation was founded by the My Pillow company for the purpose of being able to engage in what many would call false advertising. Why would anyone pay over $100.00 for a pillow sight unseen when you can purchase the best pillows on the market from Wall Mart or Bed Bath and Beyond for under $25.00? Furthermore, the head of the My Pillow company claims to be a "sleep expert".
Really? Where did he obtain his "degree"?
Buyer Beware - Mattress Topper
I have to say, buyer beware. I ordered the mattress topper and it arrived with a tear.
The same day it arrived I sent customer service a photo, and also showed where part of the topper had been glued. Who ever shipped it knew there was a problem. The topper is vacuum sealed and I could not imagine getting it back into the box. The resolution from customer service was to donate it to Salvation Army or Goodwill, get a receipt and they would send a new one.
My problem is that I live in a small town in Colorado. We only have Habitat for Humanity and they do not accept soft bedding donations. The closest Goodwill/Salvation Army is a 2 hour drive each way. Their solution to this was for me to ship it back at my expense.
They also said I could cut it up into small pieces to ship it back at my expense. Long story short is we settled for a 20% refund. You need to be aware that if you get a defective topper, it will become your problem. I have their pillows and now the topper which is usable and comfortable, but I am not sure how long it will last with the tear.
Very poor quality control and totally unsatisfactory customer service. It is unimaginable that they would send out a product with a defect that they tried to glue back and make it the problem of the customer.

Towel that is not a good towel
Fell apart in a few months not what I expected from my pillow got the pillows and they squished down to flat not good for business.

RUN, AND FAST . .from these people.
I felt an obligation to do business with My Pillow because of Mike Lindel's support of President Trump. That was a huge mistake. On September 12, I ordered a pillow and some towels. The price of $116 was immediately charged to my credit card.
Two and a half weeks later, on October 1st., I received an email from My Pillow that my package had shipped using USPS, and tracking showed that it would be delivered on October 6. On October 6, tracking showed that package had been delivered "to an individual ". That "individual " was not me, and the package was NOT in my box, nor could I find that "individual ". So I called MyPillow customer service to report this and was told that I'd have to wait until the next day before anything could be done, and to call back the next evening.
In the meantime, I submitted a report to USPS on Monday evening, and one of USPS representatives called me on Tuesday and said they'd check on this and call me on Wednesday. . .and of course, I never heard from USPS again. So Wednesday evening I called MyPillow customer service again and explained what had happened, and she transferred me to her supervisor.
The supervisor came on and started babbling about being out of stock of the pillow I had ordered and would it be OK to substitute a better pillow. I asked her about the lost order and told her I had already waited 3 weeks and just needed a refund. Supervisor tells me that no refund . .
.a lost order is just re-shipped. At that point, there were too many questions unanswered. . .too much of a shady transaction.
I told the supervisor what she could do with her sloppy business practices and called my credit card company and filed a dispute against the charge.
So, save yourself this huge headache . .and run away from this company.

Unusual return
I ordered a Cal King 3.5 years ago in anticipation of going to a retirement home. As it turns out, a Cal King does not fit in the room.
I requested a change to a Queen, but they would not exchange it even though it is still in the original package. Sorry that I cannot change.
Not good customer service. Sorry.

Warranty fraud: all products aren't 10 years supposedly. My purchase was an open box item even though the shipping invoice didn't state that.
Who the *** sells open sheets? That's a shame. I thought they were new.
I guess I won't be buying my pillow products anymore, seeing as it didn't even last two years and it's not under warranty. It was purchased on 9/22/23.

Placed an order for sheets over a month ago. After more than 3 weeks without hearing a cricket from them, I called their customer service number to inquire about my shipment.
Person on other end of the line said that order hadn't shipped yet and that they would see about putting my order on a priory shipping list. It took another 3 weeks until shipment arrived in a torn up package that may as well have been well been dragged behind the shipping vehicle the whole way. What a way to run a business. Absolutely no quality control every step of the way.
A first and the last time I will do business with this company. It no wonder you dont post any customer reviews on your site.

No free shipping. Their 'queen size' pillows are smaller than my regular pillows.
The 'medium loft' pillow is like a loose sack of foam chunks. They try to slip in other charges (shipping protection). They use a 3rd party 'HAPPY RETURNS' for returns. This company charges a fee.
So, even if you return your purchase, you will lose about 40% of your original purchase price. This company is a scam company in my opinion!

I have purchased many of My Pillows products and have been very happy with them. My children have also purchased many of these products and have been very pleased with them.
I gave each of the children Christmas gifts from My Pillow and they were great gifts. Plan to buy more.

MyPillow is a ripoff. I ordered two pairs of sippers advertised heavily by Mike Lindell, size 8 for which I paid $113.
What arrived were slippers with such tiny interiors that I could hardly force my hand, let alone feet, in.
When I returns them, I received just $80 in refund. My Pillow kept $33, or 30% of my money.
Anybody who buys his products should get what ever pain they desevr! He is constantly on Fox News shown three times in hour!
