Good for you for standing up to these companies that stopped selling an American made product. There aren’t many of them .

Terrible service

StayTrying to return slippers. You have to get an RMA number or they wont accept the return. Well, Ive been on hold waiting for customer service to answer for one hour and 25 minutes!! I wonder if they ever answer,?! What as am this company is.

About Had It With Your Annoying Commercials!!!!!

After watching Fox News they now show that annoying pillow three times every hour on the hour! A few months ago guess Mike Lindell was mad at Fox and pulled his ads for a while. A shame it wasn't permanent!!! I thought News Max was just as bad! D@***n you Lindell!!!

Too long of a wait on the phone for customer service. Ordering was a lot quicker.

Poor customer service!!!

I ordered My Pillow for my cervical neck issues and I didn't receive my 2nd pillow as promised. I paid the shipping for the extra one but never was fulfilled. This is a scam!!!! That is not honorable or good business!!!! BTW, I feel no difference with my neck issue. I still suffer with discomfort and stiffness. Got no satisfaction with customer service who said it is shipped separately. Why not ship it all at once? Will never order from Liddell again!!!!

To voice my complaint of this terrible product.

I ordered the pillow and mattress topper. The pillow is the worst I've ever tried to sleep on. It won't form with my side sleeping and the mattress topper leaves impressions in the mattress so when you turn over there is still a body impression that you rock back into when you don't want to. The problem with demanding a return label to accommodate the shipment is they don't have one! They refuse to offer any reasonable method of return. Then, how do you repack a foam mattress? Lindell himself is a complete scuzzball and it makes me sick to know that I am trying to sleep on any of these poorly made products. I want my money back so that I can buy a better mattress.

I would like to first get a refund and then a packing and shipping solution. I need to secure and replace it with a new mattress before shipping this one back. I have MS and this would have to be picked-up as I cannot take it lift this up myself.

Slept on my pillow

So uncomfortable. I had difficulty going to sleep and staying asleep. Never experienced such an uncomfortable pillow.

Cannot stand lying ads

I could be watching something I like on Fox or Newsmax and my pillow *** hole comes on I change the station and forget to turn it back after *** hole goes off so I miss what I was interested in

Agreed. He was off of Fox News for awhile.

Then Fox News had to bring him back on. I sure was enjoying Fox news for awhile. Until they brought that SOB back on. Thanks for nothing Fox!

I hope Mike Lindell cokes on a turkey bone this Thanksgiving! We couldn't get that lucky!

Had to check out of hotel-my pillow awful

Time to sleep at hotel in Tucson, Az. Eight pillows, two beds. By 4:00am, I complained to front desk that the 8 pillows were exactly all the same. Lumpy, totally uncomfortable, impossible to sleep, and there was not one single different kind of pillow. 8 horrible my pillow and we go to several hotels at 0400 and finally check into a semi alright hotel and normal pillows. I will never leave my own pillow home ever again. Pure down, silky smooth & soft.

A TWO & a HALF HOUR WAIT for a CS agent to actually talk to you?? Try the chatbot, and it just tells you all their agents are offline and to call.

Do you have more than 2 agents working?? STILL waiting on the correct platform bed frame that YOUR shipping company mistakenly sent the wrong frame. I returned the wrong one to you the very next day, but can't get an answer as to when the correct one will ACTUALLY ship seven days later. About ready to return the whole $2200 order back to you, My Pillow.

I got bored while on wait and googled My Pillow reviews...WOW.

Quite a LOT of issues! I should probably return my order...still boxed waiting on correct item.
