Refund/scam

100% money back guarantee... except you don't get all your money back, if you ever get any. It's been a month and still, I've not got mine. Now that I see how their customer service (doesn't) work, I will not be placing any future orders. I guess, if I ever want to see (a portion of) my refund, I'll have to file a small claims against them. Horrible experience. If you email them, they just play dumb and pretend you hadn't already got an RMA and sent the product back... WOW, other online companies process returns in days, or even hours... NO EXCUSE.

Trying to return with no luck!

I purchased slippers and the spray to protect them. Spray never came, and I needed to return the slippers because of size. Called several times and was told they were very busy and someone would get back to me. I E mailed them and got a E mail that said the same. More than three weeks ago! Your service stinks!!!! I will not be buying anything from this company again! Very disappointing and expensive experience, that will never happen again!

I received these slippers for Christmas. They sent two of the same color when I wanted 1 gray and 1 black. I need a smaller size. I have called or written 4-5 times. Your return calls go to spam. There is no caller ID. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of investment in correcting the problem. This is a very poor representation of your company. Please resolve this issue. My Pillow was ordered and delivered 3/23/2018

I put it in the washer, and it blew apart. What happened to the 10-year guarantee and how DOES SOMEONE GET IN TOUCH WITH THE PILLOW.COM PERSON/?????? There's NO ONE to answer any questions, phone calls are taking 72 hours to answer, CRAZY tHERE IS NO HELP AT THIS SITE AND MY PILLOW SHOULD NOT HAVE BLOWN UP IN THE WASHER, or anywhere else w/o someone to help replace it...

Terrible Pillow

I ordered two king pillows from MyPillow. When I received the pillows I realized they were filled with a lot of golf ball size pieces of foam rubber. The pillows have a terrible feel and are very poor quality. I immediately began the process of returning the pillows for a refund. Unfortunately, that is not a customer friendly process. Sadly, I will not be reimbursed for the delivery charges, nor for the return charges. So I'm going to lose about $20.00 for the experience. The next day I went to Target where I found and purchased two king pillows that were cheaper and much better than the pillows from MyPillow. Target has 5 different qualities of pillows ranging from inexpensive to expensive pillows. But even the cheapest pillows at Target are superior to the pillows from MyPillow.

Cannot receive my products

Cannot receive my products. I ordered two pillows on December 9. I have ordered a total of 10 pillows from you all. I have received all of them with no problems. I have not received the ones from December 9. However I dont believe its you I think it is FedEx. Im tired of waiting FedEx wont help me can you please do something. Products and order accuracy

Slippers are terrible, they are very heavy for slippers. More like low cut work boots. The fake fur inside shrinks the size by at least 1/2. The heel breaks down very quickly. Overall the slippers suck. Order accuracy is terrible. We ordered two Giza Cotton pillow cases in striped lake blue and received sage flannel. Not a huge issue but My Pillow requires me to pay postage to return their mistake. I will never shop there again.
