Poor quality sheets

The sheets are not a good quality. I expected the sheets to be wrinkle free, but these are always wrinkled, and they are not particularly comfortable. We are very disappointed!

Pillow advertised as premium king but actually size of a queen/twin. Despite purchasing the firm pillow, it has zero support with its scrap filler foam. Keep chasing the Kraken chuck because your pillows suck.

Thank goodness, there is a MUTE BUTTON on TV to insure good mental health. Repeated/same commercials from owner "0n and On" is so annoying when it is nonstop that I will never make purchase!!

I could not get a hold of anyone in customer service either through email or phone call last time I was on hold for a half an hour and I just gave up No one ever called me back I tried emailing customer service Ive called like five times I will never use them again I like Mike Lindell, but Ill never buy anything from my pillow again and then they went ahead and sent the coffee again anyway!

I did not notify Return that I was returning the product, and I lost the postal receipt, therefore I am out over $50. Whoever received the return knew me because I put my invoice with my info on it in with the returned product. Wont order again. Too big of a risk.

Do not buy from this company, if anything is too large or too small, your return will cost you a lot. They don't return initial postage as well as charge a restocking fee. Buying from that company cost me 24.91 to try a pair of slippers that were too large in every way conceivable. They were the ones that recommended going a size larger, because they do not have half sizes. I will never buy from them again.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I had to dispute the charge to have it removed.

3 weeks later Amex gave me a refund and a few days later MyPillow finally produced a refund minus my return shipping fees of course. They never stepped up until a dispute was filed..

Horrible company to deal with. Nonexistent Customer Service, hold time minimum 40 minutes. Open the box to a foul and disgusting odor. The quality of the product is substantially poor. I was not told that I would be required to pay an additional return fee. I did ask the Customer Service rep when I made the purchase and was not given the information of the $9.95 return fee. Chep and poorly made product, it is amazing that this company is even in business. Rip off.

I get tired of hearing this guy lying about getting shafted by the stores that won't carry his products. His products are way overpriced AND that is why the stores stopped carrying them (in my opinion). Add to that the phony discounts he offers in his commercials! He inflates the cost to double (or more) what the original price was in the stores...which were way too high anyway! Wearing a very visible cross and closing the commercial with GOD BLESS YOU do not make a person necessarily make a person honest!!

Slippers totally fell apart

We purchased the men's slippers in Dec. We ordered a 12 but they run small had to send it back to get a 13. My husband thought they were comfortable so as advertised in the commercial he wore them both in and out and was very careful where he wore them outside and never in the wet. Well it is now June and they have totally fallen apart, Top separated from sAole. I tried calling customer service and it said on hold for 17 min but I hung up at 31. Terrible customer service terrible slippers. Do not order .

Ordered slippers for my wife and I. They both were a size too small.

I should have read reviews before ordering as sizing running small is a major complaint. Nightmare to return for exchange, at my expense, not free, as advertised. So we just kept them. They were comfortable for a couple days and then the "cushion sole" flattens and never returns.

Ordered towels and 14 days later still haven't received. FedEx tracking is showing in route to me but no updates and just that they were picked up from manufacturer on the next day from order but 13 days later, still in Minnesota..FedEx doesn't answer or respond to inquiries or tracking updates. I called MyPillow customer service several times and put on hold for an hour each time. Finally tried calling after midnight and got someone who checked on my delivery hold up and was told it was being delivered by train from Minnesota to N.Y...I told him it's been 14 days, are they experiencing heavy traffic?

Because I could walk there quicker!! He hung up on me before I could cancel my order. This was supposed to be a gift and had to purchase something else to avoid embarrassment. The "100% satisfaction guarantee or full refund, no questions asked" is misleading...

if I'm not satisfied but out $15 for return shipping, then I have questions!! I'm done with this scam.
