Unhappy return policy
I ordered the wrong size by not asking my wife cause I wanted to surprise her. So I started a return,so much for free returns. You get penalized a processing fee. Have to beg for a return label cause it wont show up when u open it,contacted customer service resent label,same ole crap. I believe they have a great product but this is no way to run a business. Ill be ordering more Gaza sheets but from Amazon.

I ordered a pillow from my pillow and it has a warranty and about after 2 months a few washes later i washed it as normal and when i got it out of the dyer this time it ended up ripping apart
it had a warranty and the reason i bought the pillow was because i could wash it, well after several washes this last time, my pillow was ripped down the side of it. i am saddened too say i love my pillow and now im disappointed due too the fact i washed it and wanted too just do an even exchange for another my pillow and i sent a picture but yet no exchange has been done. i just want another my pillow cus i love the product.

I washed my pillow as instructed, and noticed when I got it out of low /delicate dryer, there was a big hole in the stitching. Its been 5 weeks and the return process is so much harder too do.
