My slippers are defective

The sole is separated from body of slipper. These are 100% indoor slippers. Purchased as a gift 13 months ago. Receipt is unavailable. I wish a replacement

User's recommendation: I would still say they are great indoor slippers.

Resolved: Delayed shipment, was resolved promptly and delivered in 2 days after contacting them.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. I typed a note explaining that it was 12 days since I ordered and it had not shipped, the company rep called on the phone within a short time and promised delivery before Christmas. It arrived in 2 days after that.

Took 12 days from time of order to time of shipment. When I contacted them to find out what the delay was, thru pissed customer site, I was immediately called on the phone and told it would ship right away and arrive by Christmas. Still don't know why it didn't ship sooner, but it did arrive very quickly after I contacted them and they called to promise quick delivery. Would be interesting to know why it took so long to ship my order.

Returns have been handled well. The fact I've HAD to return items (3 to date) does not speak well.
