I get a message when trying to track my package with Fedex that tracking is unavailable at this time. I've tried multiple times. Your email to me said, Your order #219966**** has had a tracking exception and may need attention. Please track your package at the link below. Thank you! Shipped on 12/31/2022 using FedEx Home Delivery: 392882****10 Where are my towel sets and when will they be delivered? I sent them to my daughter's address, not mine, because they were an exchange of a Christmas gift for her, and she has since gone home.
Inquiring about replacement order
If the new, that is to say, the current arrangement follows through, then the issue will have been fully resolved. With the exception of a bit of difficulty understanding the exact issue when being dealt with on the second attempt, the courtesy and personable representatives have been a pleasure to work with in resolving these issues.
User's recommendation: Be more precise in what the issue, and possible resolutions, might be.

Very nice and very helpful
I w only has the slipper since Christmas 2021- the part of the sole on both slippers - the part that has the my slippers logo on it has worn quickly and is tearing from both of the slippers. I dont know what else to say as I told the customer service lady what the problem is and she was very nice and helpful
