I called and they said they are packing them to get them ready for shipping. You know that is all BS, They have had my money for over 2 weeks.

When I called customer service the phone rang for 20 mins before a lady answered who didn't have an answer except to say it takes two weeks and we are working on it.

If I ran a business like that I would be out of business in two weeks. There is no reason the order is not sent out the next day.

For the 20 mins I was on hold I had to listen to Jimmy Swaggat sing "Amazing Grace".

I placed an order for king sheets and ladies slippers about. 2 weeks ago have not received

Pillow was filled with chunks of memory foam NOT AS ADVERTISED. Pillow was cheaply made similar qualities to what you can get at Walmart or Kohls for $10-15.

Pillow was not comfortable and did not upkeep shape or stability after the first night. Company is also seeking sponsorships from Trump/ Trump support so if that's not you, you may want to rethink your purchase.

I ordered the cross from my Pillow.com and it's been weeks. Not sure why it's taking so long unless they're manufacturing these crosses in China.

I'm just gonna buy local.

It's crazy. I have to wait so long after paying $200 for a cross.

Took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive. Got it today.

It's about 3/4 full of lumpy filling.

It's like an old flimsy rag. Not possible to sleep on with the lack of filling.

Let me know where my sheets are. we have your pillows and your slippers and love them. We would like to try your sheets.

I ordered 2 2.0 king size pillows I finally received them in 22 days. When I opened the package there was hardly in filling in the pillow and was not what I ordered.

I am just going to let my cat have it.. I don't what has happened with this company but there service and quality has gone down the drain.DO

Very disappointed you say machine washable didn't even have the pillow 2 years and fell apart in the washing machine but I got to say it was very comfortable pillow I was always asleep within 5 minutes on it

So far, Im very impressed with theGiza sheets. Usually when I put sheets on my bed, I wake up the next morning, and my sheets are off the bed however these sheets theyre really comfortable& they stay on the bed. I have a queen size bed so the cost of the sheets was around $70 on sale, but it was worth every penny

The pillow chunks are very uncomfortable as they bunch together, creating hard spots. I find myself waking up in the middle of the night to try to reposition and fluff up the pillow.

It's definitely not worth the price. I have been awake now for two hours and can't get back to sleep.

I am throwing this pillow in the trash. I definitely do NOT recommend it.

I didn't like the style of pillow I ordered in November and I am getting top-notch return service!! They are sending me the style I want as a replacement and not charging me the difference. They've gone above and beyond and are making this right well after their 60 day return policy!!

ordered mattress topper on 12/19/24. still waiting and update when it will be shipped! this this is totally unacpetable.

Need to get resigned up - they cancelled my years membership without notifying me - I have a new credit card number. Can't get signed up and can't send any cards.

My credit card amount has been deducted. I am not computer Savey and need help.

I suggest customers need to be notified when there is a problem with a credit card etc. I have belonged for years but am about to cancel my membership because of all the problems.

I've contacted them and the only answer I get is that they're working on it. This is not acceptable!

Hans helped me in placing my order. He was courteous and efficient.
