I called customer service before ordering since I had some questions. At first Cindy was pleasant.
Then she said she could take my order. I already had it in the cart online so I could make sure pricing was the same. When I asked her for a subtotal she started to get rude. Saying she could not tell me until adding tax and shipping.
I told her subtotal eould be before that. She placed the order and then getting ruder said if you want to cancel you would have to call back. Well I did, talked to a manager who said he could not do anything. I could just send an email.
Did so and all I got was an empty apology.
I have just sent back my order. Now I am out about $20. Shipping both ways. The pillow went flat the first night.
Woke up with a neck ache. Awful quality and no cooling pillow like advertised. I even got the pillow cases which were not soft at all. Over all terrible experience.
Found another company that offers free shipping both ways and a longer warranty. Do not bother to spend the money!
