A woman named Vera answered the call and hung up when I said I wanted to return my pillows. I guess I'll have to fight the charge through my credit card.

What has been the experience from others? Has anyone else run into them hanging up? Any suggestions? I found the pillows to be too soft and they don't hold their shape once you form them to be comfortable and support your neck.

The pillows feel like chunks of foam make up the filling. There’s nothing unique about its comfort.

I just want to return them and get my money back. They need to stop all of the hype.
