ORDER WAS TAKIN ON 12/29/2015 AT 1043HRS. CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ON 01/04/2016 AT 0832HRS SERVICE REP STATED ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. EVEN IF PILLOW IS GREAT I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN. YOU CAN BUY THEM AT STORES OR LOOK FOR EQUALLY BETTER PILLOWS.

THE REP SEEMED TO BE BOTHERED WITH MY QUESTION AS TO HOW THE PILLOWS WILL BE SHIPPED. HE STATED FEDEX THEN TRANSFERRED TO USPO FOR FINAL DELIVERY.
