Web site would not accept my order correctly, so I placed it on the phone. Was promised an email confirmation, but three days went by with no contact at all; Money was taken from my account immediately though.

So, I called to make sure that I was going to receive something for my money, and they finally emailed the confirmation.

That was eleven days ago, and the tracking assures me that I may see my purchase in another three. Wish I could review the pillow, but I can't review what I dont' receive.

This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Mypillow. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
