Purchased a My Pilllow - October 2017, tested the pillow for ten days. I was not comfortable and the my pillow was a disappointment.
I immediately went to the My Pillow website to inquiry about a return.
The reply was that I had to request a ROM code and that my store receipt will not be accepted to get a return. Why is this not disclosed in the TV ads and etc. I wrote a letter to the CEO, not reply. I again sent a email to My Pillow for refund no response.
My 60 days expired for refund now I have a useless My Pillow on under my bed collecting dust.
Buyer beware of the false refund promise. If you get a response...there will be a shipping cost and wouldn't be surprise a restocking charge.
