I bought the pillows for xmas and got 4 pillows, 2 regular and 2 small. I slept better for a few days and then started waking up sweating.
It's only 70 degrees in my home so this shouldn't be a problem. I was told sweating hasn't been a problem. I've called the customer service phone number 1800-308-1299 and have been on hold up to an hour. I have left messages for a call back and have never received a call.
I'm trying to see if there is a pillow case or a pillow exchange that has a material that doesn't sweat.
