So far I have not been impressed with MyPillow. I ordered two of them for my husband, but he found another pillow that works for him.
I have now been on hold waiting for customer service for 45 minutes with Elvis singing Amazing Grace over and over. Is this a torture tactic they use hoping you'll hang up? I can understand they are busy, but THIS busy? Come on!
Of course you can't return the pillow without a RMA #, but if they never answer your call, how do you get one?
I'm afraid if I email them I will never hear back, same for leaving a voice message. Getting annoyed!
