I ordered a pillow and it came all scrunched up as normal. I ran it through the dryer and it fluffed up nicely.

But then each night when I used it, it go hard and lumpy again unless I ran it through the dryer.

I decided I didn't need to have "pillow maintenance" in my daily routine, so I decided to sent it back. That's when the real problems began.

Customer service was a joke. No answers to emails and hen you call they put you on hold, and you have to listen to gospel music while you wait. Finally got through to someone and they sent me an authorization to send the pillow back.

They said I would have to pay $10 to do so.

I sent the pillow back and instead of getting $29.99 back, as I paid #39.99 for the pillow I only got $20.

What an unscrupulous business! He should take that cross off his neck!
