I exchanged 1 pillow and it cost me $12.58 to return it and the one they sent in it's place was not any better and they wanted me to pay to send it back too witch i refused to do i told them if i payed that again i could have bought another pillow for what it was costing me to return them so the guy i was talking to said have a nice day.

So if your not happy with the product you keep it or keep paying to send something back your not happy with.

Will never get a good word from me about this company sorry i have to feel this way it didn't have to end up at this point.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of pillow. Mypillow needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
