No company should schedule a Saturday delivery to a business. Then the company who shipped the product - my pillow - should not be telling the customer it is their problem to go find the package.
What a total lack of customer service.
It leaves me no doubt that if I have a problem with the pillow I will be totally on my own because they have their money and don't care at all about the consumer. While I try to support made in America - this company is not worth the title.
