I have been trying for 3 days to get through to customer service. Each time I call the estimated wait times are over 1 hour and 40 something minutes or over 2 hours.
I call and push the number to make an order and they pick up in less than a minute. That is wrong, if there are more people calling customer service than calling to make orders, more of the people need to be moved over to customer service. I have actually held on the phone for over 25 minutes and then hung up. There needs to be a call back feature added to your system, if they hold times are going to be that long.
I still have not gotten my issue resolved and at this rate it will never be.
This company has some of the worst customer service I have dealt with. My issue is about a return and I want my money back.
Monetary Loss: $103.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
MyPillow Cons: Poor customer service.
