To Whom It May Concern,

My husband purchased a "My Pillow" pillow for me. In less than six months it has turned into a wad or ball of hardness with flapping material on either side.

I ended up throwing the thing away. This did not occur from washing, I didn't have it that long. Absolutely money wasted. My sister just recently asked about it, because she needs a new pillow.

I had to tell her your My Pillow was no good and get something else.

Your commercials are nothing but lies. You should have a disclaimer or something on your commercial stating that "results may vary."

This reviewer shared experience about bad quality and wants this business to issue a partial refund as the author lost $9900. The author is overall dissatisfied with Mypillow. The most disappointing about mypillow pillow from Mypillow was poor design Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

I didn't know it had a warranty, number one.

Number two...my business. I don't want my

money back, I just wanted someone at the old

*** company to know that they weren't perfect

or wonderful, like he'd have everyone believing!

Why throw away when they have a 10 year warranty?
