I bought the pillow in an attempt to help with my REM disorder. It seemed ok for the first 10-12 days, then started to constantly flatten out and had to be bunched up several times per night.

This is exactly what I bought the pillow to avoid. I contacted them regarding the "warranty" well, one must pay to send the pillow back and they will look at it, I can only assume to see if it was abused or neglected etc. THEN if it appears cared fro they will then replace it. REALLY?

I paid 60.00 for it, plus shipping and now I have to pay to send it back only to take a chance on getting the same pillow back because an employee says I didn't wash it properly? I simply threw it away and bought a sealy and it is actually better at 22.00.
