It has been draining to deal with my pillows customer service. What started out as a positive thing ended up ridiculously negative.
Now Ive gone online and started to look at reviews for the my pillow company. I am disappointed in myself that I did not do this prior to placing confidence in this company. Theres a lot of dirty laundry out there. I will no doubt sit down and start writing and copying and pasting my own review of this companys customer service or should I say lack there of.
To go from happy customer who has placed an order to customer canceling the order angry and now feeling a bit vengeful is quite a failure of customer service. I am just so disappointment. I actually believed Mike Lindel was who he said he was. And that the company that he rand shared that value system.
One of your customer service representatives today actually went as far as to say your company doesnt run on values it runs on policy. I have a lot to say.
I imagine itll take me several days and perhaps whole weekend to write my responses. The rest assured I will have no problem getting my voice
