I bought the product ‘my pillow’ from the Shopping Channel in June 2017 - I used the pillow a few months and felt it was not firm enough. I called the Shopping Channel and they replaced it at my expense.
Fast forward to March 2018 - I washed the pillow as pre- instructions from the company to open my washing machine and it was full of little pieces of foam. I called the customer service number number and they gave me the run around. Several phone calls and emails later - after providing my proof of purchase and a picture of the damaged pillow with the hole in it. THEY WANT ME TO PAY TO SHIP THIS PILLOW BACK TO THEM IN THE STATES.
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
