I bought the product ‘my pillow’ from the Shopping Channel in June 2017 - I used the pillow a few months and felt it was not firm enough.I called the Shopping Channel and they replaced it at my expense.

Fast forward to March 2018 - I washed the pillow as pre- instructions from the company to open my washing machine and it was full of little pieces of foam. I called the customer service number number and they gave me the run around. Several phone calls and emails later - after providing my proof of purchase and a picture of the damaged pillow with the hole in it. THEY WANT ME TO PAY TO SHIP THIS PILLOW BACK TO THEM IN THE STATES.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
