The advertising was so believable, but if you live in Hawaii and don't like the pillows and want to return them, it'll cost you over $50 to ship back the pillows that the company will likely throw away! I asked the company if there was any other resolution to a Hawaii resident, and they said NO.

I bought the pillows specifically because of the guarantee. They were lumpy and thick, and my sleep was worse not better because of it.

BEWARE! Worse part about it is that the customer service representative said it was ok to post on social media, so apparently they do enough business that they don't care about their unsatisfied customers :(

Product or Service Mentioned: Mypillow Pillow.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $55.

Preferred solution: I can show them a picture of the pillows in my outdoor trash can and they can give me a full refund (not less shipping).

I didn't like: Product not good, Comfort, Pillow quality.
