A little over a year ago I bought My Pillow at a local Walmart (#3838). I have had no complaints until I discovered a hole near the corner (for no reason what-so-ever).
This was just 1 1/2 weeks ago so I e-mailed the company and notified them even though I had no receipt to show. I wrote to the web site and explained my complaint. To no avail, however, for I have not heard a word from them. The only reasonable cause for this hole in the material of the pillow is "DEFECT" and it is upsetting that no one will own up and communicate about it.
