They make you buy TWO pillows when only wanted one. The pillow was lumpy and uncomfortable.

And retained heat....was not cool as stated. They did not tell that in order to return YOU have to pay about 10.00 for shipping. They fool you with the free shipping spiel......they NEVER inform you that you have to pay to ship back. After two days of not being able to sleep with this uncomfortable pillow tried to send it back but they EXTORT you to have to pay for that.

Totally DISCOURTEOUS and NASTY COMPANY with a terrible reputation.

Have met others who feel the same.....SO WE CAN SAFELY SAY THAT THEIR PILLOWS ARE NOT WHAT THEY ARE ADVERTISED and THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE, NASTY and DISHONEST. Do NOT buy any of their products or you will have a terrible experience.
