I’m beyond frustrated! No one ever answers the customer service line…so much for world class customer service that Mike Lindell's voice message promises!
I’ve been on hold, 20 min, then 30 min and 45min, no one ever answers the phone lines……SERIOUSLY!! And the customer call back option happens days later while your at work so you miss the option! Even by email they don't give any information your order status. This is really becoming a Better Business Bureau issue.
I placed 2 orders on 12/4/16…mine was received 10 days later...BTW I love the pillows!
The other was a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law, according to the Fedex tracking its had a shipping label since 12/7/16 (today is 12/18/16)…it’s never been sent out and there is no email indicating a delay in shipping. **********What is going on with this company!!!
