I bought two of these pillows, one for me and one for my son. We both experienced terrible headaches.

I tried the pillow for several nights and still never got used to it and suffered headaches. This is pillow was awful. As per advertisement I returned both of them. I sent back the return receipt with the pillows.

I NEVER received my money back. I tried calling on several occasions and I never got through to customer service. I paid over $120 for 2 pillows, then sent them back and never heard a thing again from them. Horrible company and product.

Do NOT buy this. The company does not stand by it's horrible product.
